A lady named Sonya,in particular, helped me out when I was losing my mind over not being able to find a dress that suits me. She helped me out, picked me out some dresses herself and made it so I left the shop feeling happy and confident. Will absolutely return.”

“Customer service from Ileana in Claire’s Westfield Stratford City Unit 0019 Montfichet Road Olympic was really commendable. She was the only person managing sales and piercings simultaneously. I got my nose pierced and had my 2nd/3rd piercings done; she was so efficient and knowledgeable as to where the 2nd/3rd piercings would look good. Anyone who wants to get their piercings done, this is your place and person to go to. I highly recommend Ileana - makes sense why she’s the manager here too. “The staff at this branch are absolutely fabulous.I received superb customer service. I purchased a pair of over the knee boot which came in a huge gorgeous box. Myself and my sister didn’t want the hassle of carrying it to all the other shops so we left it at the branch to pick up once our shopping spree was complete. Many hours later an exhausted self and sister returned to pick them up but there was no way I could carry the box , with all my other bags. The staff offered to post it to my home and they were delivered on time. Thank you all xx”
