“Just wanted to say what incredible customer service I received from Rio at the MUJI Kensington Store. I was after a certain pair of trousers and he managed to find them in the store room, just in time before they were due to be transferred to another store. Rio put them aside for me and I collected them on Friday. Absolutely top top customer service, kind friendly and polite. I did however hear the sad news he is leaving soon so that is a great loss to one of my favorite shops. Thank you again Rio!!!!”

I emailed the PS online customer team, which was very helpful, and sent me my nearest store location details.Because the store wasn't so far away, I decided to go and visit on that day.Received a warm welcome, and then the store assistant found my orders and reserved me identical items with my contact details for collection if needed.Surprisingly, my items arrived by courier two days later. “I went to this shop with my girlfriend during a holiday in London. The restaurant is located along the central Regent Street, one of the main shopping streets of the city, not far from Piccadilly Circus. The exterior is very impressive and during the Christmas holidays it has beautiful themed decorations. The interior is large and divided into sections. Prices are medium-high but during the sales days you can find various items accessible to almost all budgets.”

I thought Kate Spade just did handbags but they also make a lot of clothes, dresses, etc. The current theme is apple of my eye so expect to see a lot of apple prints and shapes. “Ohhh the joy of seeing SALE sings in an expensive cloth shop ... and the pain of finding out that the prices are still cringe worthy. I normally don't go into Jigsaw because of the prices and because I always find a nice dress I desperately want to own. They have the most amazing summer dresses. And yes ... I found The One and decided to leave it for a day to see if i still want it after 24 hours. Mostly a good idea, as I sometimes forget about it and save myself some money. Not in this case ... but the good thing: it was reduced by 70%. Anyhow this shop is very nice and it is rather large, with a fair amount of fitting rooms. Also the staff offered to take my chosen items and reserve a fitting room for me, until I finished roaming the shop. They also had some comfortable chairs for the foot lame husbands and friends. Very nice shopping experience indeed.”

Jennifer was so kind and helpful with suggestions not only for what I needed but how a scarf or a snood would pair or match up with a coat or a sweater. I have a disability and sensitivity around my neck and really suffer with anything that itches or pokes or rubs against my skin. I love every piece I bought from here and more grateful that I got such support and kindness from the other staff. The store closes at 5pm but they stayed open till 5:30pm without rushing me even once. Thanks Jennifer and all!”
