“I am literally only logging on to say this - me and my mom went there on my 16th birthday around Oct 5th of last year and I got my ears pierced (keep in mind I am not from the UK) - the BEST experience ever. The sweetest staff. And they had only been open for 6 or so weeks at that point. They were the best people with the best vibe and made an experience I was actually terrified of so fun and their products are just so high quality.
