The DHL service point has been unmanned every time I go, the WH Smith staff at the front of the store don’t help either

I’ve used this service point three times. While the first time went well, the second time the person who served me didn’t put the required shipping paperwork in the parcel causing my parcel to never actually ship. This is a ridiculously huge mistake from the staff and was an incredible waste of money and time for me... read full comment

Worst service ever. Stuff are unprofessional. Always ignore to serve customer. First time I have been to this shop to send a parcel and they said inter server down and refused to serve me but actually server was not down they lied me. Next day I spoke to store manager and she said internet server was ok there was no issue.... read full comment
