Very disappointing experience at Stratford Westfield Apple Store. Waited hours for an appointment, only to be told they couldn’t repair my iPhone because it had been fixed abroad. Went there on a weekday at 11am and noticed too many staff having chit chats and ignoring customers. Even the 2 security guards at the door were chatting away. I waited a good 10 mins before a nice young guy actually came to us asking if we need help and apologised when I complained about staff. Bless him. The rest... read full comment
