“I visited the Westfield shopping centre at White City (London) tonight (7th March). I was supposed to meet my husband at the mall after work but my phone died and I got very worried about how I was going to find him when a security guard suggested I visit the Samsung shop- and wow! The gentlemen who work there were incredible! A man (who I think is the security guard) showed me to a spot where I could have a sit down and charge my phone and another friendly guy (who told me he's from West London- originally came from Angola as a young boy) kept me company while I waited for my phone to charge. They made sure I was okay and when I was finally able to call my husband, the security guard made sure I knew where I was going and said that if anything went wrong with my phone again, they would be there to help me. I can't remember when last I experienced such kindness and just want to give them a shout out! Thank you guys, you really saved me!”
