Today 13th of August at 10:15 am I came into the TSB bank and I had a strange experience ..I?m giving five stars solely for the young Black man who served me with such a wonderful attitude. I could tell he was new, but he treated me with genuine kindness and care. Unfortunately, it was disheartening to see him paired with an older staff member who clearly let her ego get in the way of properly teaching new employees. This older white woman was extremely rude and showed a lot of attitude toward him. I also saw her serving other customers with zero patience. It?s frustrating to watch staff behave like that?especially in customer service?because it?s clear they?ve forgotten what good service is truly about.

Waste of time. The staff just stand and chat to each other while people are waiting. TAKE A SIT so they can finish talking about random stuff. 4 people waiting for half an hour while all stuff are gathered together

Has to switch my account from a graduate back to a student account. This is normally an annoying process but the team were very patient with me and made sure I even got my overdraft referral taken care of after some drama with head office. Massive shout out to Owen for getting it over the line. God bless you!!

The branch managed to lose my cheque inside their deposit machine. The staff were rude and unhelpful when I realised my deposit hadn't been credited to my account. After bitterly complaining the manager was eventually called. His attitude changed when they found my cheque screwed up in a bunch of other deposits....
Awful service and staff attitude. They lost MY MONEY and didn't care less. Nor did they credit me for the 2 days lost interest.
TSB get your act together or close this branch.....

I've been banking with this bank for over 40 years and for the first time I'm thinking about moving!! I normally bank in Clapham but that branch has now closed. I'm now forced to drive 4-5miles away to do my banking in a branch that look like its a broken down premises for graffiti artists. I didn't even realise it was the actual bank as you can barely see the TSB logo or branch itself. To make it worse the bank actually closes for lunch, which I clearly did not know about until I arrived outside, which coincides with MY lunch half hour. Crazy!! I thought this was one of the big clearing banks, not a family run local shop which should close for staff to get a chance to eat, not a national bank with hundreds of employees. I realise they maybe moving to new premises but this closing the bank during people lunch hour is absolutely ridiculous! TSB and your board of decision makers need to sort this nonsense out immediately. Its bad enough that youre closing our local branches but to have to drive miles for below standard services is unacceptable. This is totally unsatisfactory.

Opening times are not accurate. Bank is closed at 2:40 on Monday, despite opening times on the door saying otherwise, no indication why it is closed during opening hours.

Thank you TSB Peckham, 1st & foremost i'm appreciating the staff at TSB peckham & the security/Staff at the front door. TSB Peckham could do with a facelift. The staff are fantastic & i hope you guys keep up the good work.
