“popped in here the other day (11th jan) just for a lil nosey, found a couple of gems. when i joined the queue, the man at the cash register informed everyone that there was a technical issue with the till (through no fault of the staff) so there would be a bit of a longer wait. although it was fairly busy, he was so friendly and patient, chatting to everyone and doing his best to charge everyone for their items and to get the line moving as quickly as possible, despite the technical difficulties. i wish i’d asked for his name, but he made the atmosphere so warm and welcoming. really appreciated it as i imagine it can’t be an easy job :)”
