Once you paid then the table will turn around, staffs will turn to apathetic robots and try to kick you out of their shop. I was with a disabled lady who asked me to company her to pick up her glasses, they were just rushing her out without listening to her complain as the glasses were loose and not fitting properly.In short apathetic poor mannered staff.I blame their manager who only taught them to be quick and kick customers out once they paid, I am nit interested in silly apologetic reply from a greedy manager who certainly trained staff ti behave in such a manner as I will never use this poor service or recommend it to anyone.

Recently had eye exam at this branch and absolutely recommend choosing this branch for all your eye care! I received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, every single staff member was kind, chatty, and efficient. Everyone who I saw made sure to give me as much time as I needed and gave me space to ask questions. The floor staff and the optometrist were just fantastic, they seemed to all work great as a team. They weren't at all pushy when it came to buying glasses, which given I was on a tight budget, I really appreciated. Highly recommend this branch of Specsavers!

Visited the new Peckham Specsavers. It?s lovely and spacious in there, a very noticeable upgrade from the old location. The staff are still lovely, grateful for everyone encountered during my visit. Especially thankful for the optometrist Daisy O. who was warm and offered loads of helpful advice and reassurance during my examination, and Jael who did my pre-test and was also lovely and personable.

Smart new office and good standard test. BUT, their motivation is driven by making money. I Purchased a pair of glasses from them a year or so ago and paid a lot of money for the frames. After a recent test whereby they identified a slight adjustment in my vision and suggested new lenses that would begin at a starting price of £50, I asked to use the same frames at which point I was told that a cost of £39.99 would be required to fit the new lenses. I promptly got up and left and looked online for an outfit that would do the exact same thing for a lot less. This is the route im going down and wont use Specsavers again.

I dropped in regarding a small eye health concern, expecting to be told to make an appointment and come back but they fitted me in immediately on the spot, I was given a full eye health check up and even a contact lens trial. Everyone was so helpful and the service was brilliant.

Rushed eye test which left me feeling a bit bewildered as someone who previously had no vision problems ? and had just been told I needed glasses. Would have appreciated slower and more thorough explanation of what the prescription meant and what to expect in terms of vision in future.

The new Specsavers is completely the opposite of the old one. I am glad the best of the old Specsavers, Mathieu, was also in the new one. The receptionist, Rahul, was great. And last but not least, Abdul Farah, the optician is the cream on the cake: very professional, knowledgeable, good listener and understanding.

Superb service great knowledge and will be back to get my glasses i chose in April very good selection and the price for purchase is so good BW Adam... with my glasses from Spec Savers my wildlife images are nice and sharp for all conditions !!
