It is overall good, friendly staff, but they let the ppl jump the queue today. Disappointing.

I wouldn't call it racism, I would call it customers reacting to the poor behaviour, sniggering, laughing and making poor comments about their customers. My wait this time was prolonged because doing all the above proved more important than being thorough.Think it's time to change pharmacy.
