I didn?t get all what I ordered. They did not answer the phone, at the Peckham McDonald?s. Also did not make sure the order was correct accurate.

Very slow in there waited quite a long time for my order to be done, they had said a number of orders were ready to collect but we found ourselves still waiting around for orders to be packed or even made.

The slowest service of any McDonald's in London. Even when it is quiet expect to wait at least 10 minutes for fries, let alone a meal. Avoid.

The toilets in the restaurant are disgusting, it's not fit for human to use. There are no toilet tissue and no hand soap. There is urine and poo on the seats, I've lived in Peckham for 25 and it's always been that way. Its a shame but I had already paid for my food and then went to the toilet with my granddaughter otherwise I would have left.

Slow staff and as always deliveroo get priority over people actually waiting in shop by the time I received my food it was cold
