Queues all the time. Why put in new self service machines when they aren?t going to be opened on a Saturday at 10am (busiest day) I understand there was one colleague on there and you would like ideally two however 1 colleague for 12 tills is enough, especially when you ask for help and they look at you like you have inconvenienced them. Friendly colleagues go a long way!

Good local store if you want to save money on your food shopping. You miss the well-known British brands, but they have a lot of their own branded products to choose from. Great instore bakery and selected one-off deals. The only negative is the queuing as theirs only 8 self serve checkouts and they are sometimes not all in use, plus the main tills are not always opened and if they are its only a few at a time. I like buying meat mostly from here and basic ingredients.
