Love shopping here! Although not a fan of Peckham. Staff are always helpful, polite and give off the energy that they like working there. Stock mostly full and it has a nice feel and shopping experience.

Came to collect a parcel and there was about 5 members of staff at the front of the shop when I asked one of them for my parcel I got miserable faces none of them wanted to help the big girl who works there has the worst attitude. Don?t see why she works there got the impression she didn?t wanna help me the funny things was the shop was empty I was the only customer wasn?t like they was that?s busy

The worst customer experience every!!!! I was waiting at the counter as no one was there a young lady came on to service me no apologies for keeping me waiting ,told me price I paid she asked me to collect my ticket by myself and at the same Emptying the bin while she was still serving me I asked her to give me my recipe herself and her told her her attitude/customer service was not okay and she completely lost it!!!!! And she started to exchange words with me while a customer was waiting to pay this is a complete joke time of purchase 17:26 05/06/23 my question is how can a big brand like Sports Direct accepts stuffs with bad attitudes to their clients ?

I had to visit the store last week and couldn't fault the service I received.. I went to buy some Air force 1s for my son and we needed them that day (after our JD sports delivery going missing lol ) both members of staff were so helpful (one guy was new ) after the confusion the young girl on the till was SO helpful and polite.I see alot of negative reviews on the store but my experience was a positive one

The manager of this shop put the phone down on me when I told her that everyone in this company seemed to be to important to deal with a simple issue from a purchase of a customer.That is rude!I went in the shop and was served by an even worst manager. Rude, disrespectful, problematic. Terrible managers in the shop.I was very badly treated.If they treat a customer like this I can't imagine how they will treat their staff. Worriying.I would say steer clear of this people, they are bad news.Customer Service is appaling as well.I won't be buying from them again! These people don't deserve my money.

Behaviours of some female staff needs to be addressed as they are NOT accommodating even put off by facial expressions if needing help.Male staff were friendly and willing to help!

DO NOT GO TO JDs Peckham Rye?I have just witnessed the most disgusting vile racially Abusive behaviour possible. Lack of conflict control, lack of control management in customer service at its finest and completely unacceptable as a manager.A black lady has come in and asked about replacing a tracksuit for her son and daughter so from what I could gather, the young light skin lady at the till has told this black lady, that she would pass on to a manager. 15, 20 mins go by, the lady is still waiting as other customers are been served ( fair enough it?s the Xmas rush) the lady has remained calm but seem to be enquiring about the wait.Finally the manager has come over pushed the receipt in the woman?s hand and said here?s your refund, we don?t do exchanges rather aggressively. I could see the lady was calmly explaining that she did not ask for a refund, to which the manager once again responded rather aggressively ?WELL WE DON?T DO EXCHANGES? to which she continued to verbally abuse this lady, who seemed as if she was someone who worked in authority on break and continued trying to explain herself to which it seems the lady became ultra aggressive at this point begun shouting out to this lady,I AM SICK OF ? YOU PEOPLE? she then proceeded to try and square up with this lady, gaslight her once she began to respond back and ask her why she was been so rude and racially offensive.However it did NOT end there at this point she has got into the ladies face and now the lady has asked her why she is trying to gaslight her and her response was ?WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO IF YOU PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME IM GOING TO CALL THE POLICE?Which is disgusting considering she was the aggressor from what myself and many others witnessed. It did not stop there it resorted in her calling security for this poor lady, who at this point was distraught and in tears. I?m assuming tears of distress and anger as this lady seemed to be a lady of authority on her break. ( I can see she probably worked for social services, a key worker of some sort)As the lady was speaking with security outside and some others, the lady continued from inside been verbally abusive and from what we could see recording this poor lady. In the end it resorted with security bringing this manager up to office and telling her this was not a good look for her to be shouting and screaming as a manager.This was completely unacceptableNot only was she shouting racial slursShe seemed to lack conflict control as a manager providing customer service. I?m struggling to understand what this lady had done to have such behaviour projected towards her. Because had that lady been in the wrong. There would be no review.All I could hear the lady ask, was why are you been so rude. On several occasions. It got to a point where the manager left her with no choice but to slightly defend her position.You cannot be working with in a store managing predominantly black employees in pretty much, a predominantly black area shouting out about ?You people? and to further add insult to injury the lack of conflict control and also control management. She was looking for conflict as far as I?m concerned.She was of European descent, quite big and dark black hair. An adult who however seemed to have the mindset of a young teenage girl.I will say I?m not sure what type of day she may be having as I?ve been in there several times and she?s actually provided good customer care.However her behaviour today and racially charged comments is unacceptable and even though it was not my situation as a woman of colour myself, I?m highly offended and disgusted and we actually told this lady on the way out she needed to report this.Needless to say we didn?t end up purchasing anything. I mean why would we after seeing this type of behaviour and customer service from what was so supposed to be a manager? I?m so disgusted.And she was definitely the aggressorMany can confirm this.DO NOT SHOP HERE PEOPLE.

Always a great shopping experience and great customer service, helpful staff never too far away and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer!! Highly appreciated and recommend a visit!!
