It?s a real shame, but I understand the move to a serve-over option only. However, this has made the experience feel rushed and harder to decide what to get. The limited seating now means people can?t sit in, and with fewer places to sit in Peckham, it?s a downside. The new store design has also led to longer queues, which means I often walk past without going in. I?m not sure if this change is working as well as intended.

I ordered two rolls this morning, both with ketchup, the sausage roll was fine but the bacon was over crispy and hard to chew.

The customer service is great!
Today I went to this Greggs for lunch, I forgot one item and someone from Greggs ran after me on the street to give me the item. This was such a kind and attentive gesture! I don't know her name, but she was wearing a "supervisor" badge and someone at Greggs HQ should recognise her hard work

I really love ordering from this branch, the staff in here are always really friendly. Peckham can be a hectic area but the staff in here are a joy to see, I hope they are appreciated by management for their hard work.

Went to pick up a magic bag that I had reserved. Collection time was between6:30pm - 7:00pm. Arrived at 6:45pm to the shutters half way down and the shop empty. Common courtesy would have been to cancel the order if there was no stock so I wouldn?t have wasted my time.
