I?ve been Shopping in Peckham branch for about 3 months, I always used Trevis and Selco , but since I know them I never change branches, Jazz on the desk is the best ? very friendly and giving a very very good service, Dan the Menager is sorting out the prices and delivered things the same day if necessary he is excellent, in short they are a very good team ?Edi?s construction limited

Have used a few times now, we?re just round the corner so they?re able to do same day delivery for us sometimes which is a lifesaver. Very friendly customer service, shout out to Jazz who was a great help.

Been in the trade for a long time.Sounds silly but enjoy using Buildbase. Always helpful, friendly staff, Definitely would advise people to use them.

Good, knowledgeable & friendly customer service. Very likely to have what you need. Pricing on their website as opposed to in shop is very sporadic from one day to the next making it difficult to calculate if you've been given a budget to work to. I'm not likely to trust the online ordering of building materials but to do it in person at the shop. Their updated shop systems compared to the website could save you a few pounds on a job

I've been using this place regularly for past 10+ years for work. I deal with builders merchants all over London on a daily basis - these guys are the most friendly, helpful and professional by far.. highly recommended

I've used these guys for a couple of deliveries now, and their reliable and fast. They also know how much stock they actually have, I've had a few problems with other companies, and these guys have been much better to order with. The staff have also being very friendly and helpful

Ordered some high-end oak doors from Buildbase. The initial customer service was good and efficient (thank you Jamie), but... there was a mix-up with the sizes on their end which meant that one had to be sent back and I was left waiting for the replacement. The doors' condition seemed fine at first but I later discovered some pretty significant damage which was not immediately obvious because they came wrapped in plastic vacuum pack. But by that point I'd decided I'd just have to either fix it or live with it.Overall quite disappointed with the outcome of my business with Buildbase as they really aught to take better care of hign-end products
