“5 x Stars for entertainment, lacking in customer service skills and trying to rip me off when I returned a shirt that bought from the younger woman shop assistant the day before that was a size to small I bought a while there I bought a second shirt and she try to charge me for both shirts even when I showed her the receipt she continued to argue with me and said I was trying to steal it for being, she continued to argue with which was great entertainment for me as there is nothing like more than to reply to someone in the same snobbish curt tones I even laugh at them and smile which is great fun. This are beyond good customer service they would know good customer service it took a bite out of them stars for being Arrogant, ignorant, obnoxious, bigoted, crooks, these pair ugly low class shop workers who have ideas above their station in life who try try to speak middle class but who can hear the cockney Essex roots they are truly ill-mannered perfectly suited to serving the nouveau riche of the area as they are the same. They gave me deep joy knowing that I gave them a good telling of and I walked way happy for the rest of the day as I was rude right back. I thought it was great to know their lives are rubbish working in an overloaded shop, after they moaned to me about it. These two idiot shop assistance or owners could do with watching the customer skills course "who sold you this then" They don't deserve a job :-)”
