I phoned up this morning and spoke to Kevin. He was an absolute gentleman and found out all the information I needed for a boiler I wanted to buy. I went to the Battersea branch later on to make the payment and there was some confusion about the product code. He was super nice and called the manufacturer and sorted everything out.
