The staff are lovely but the queues are almost always terrible, and not just at peak times as the management would have you believe. Not having enough staff to serve customers leads to bad experiences all round, tempers fray. Opening on Sunday is a good idea but it doesn’t seem to have made much difference to the queue....

People seem nice but this is clueless organisation. Line out of the door and one team member has to stay on the stationary counter with nothing to do. Only 2 behind PO counter. What are they thinking? I won’t use them after today unless I hear they have reorganised.

Terrible service. One employee started raging at a customer for no reason. One employee suggested to an elderly customer that "special delivery" was the cheapest option that they provide.....how rude to take advantage of eldery unsuspecting customers.
