The moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Bomi was my stylist and she did a wonderful job from start to finish. She was very attentive, sweet and incredibly skilled. Her attention to detail was fantastic, and made sure to keep checking throughout the process that I was happy. I have very long hair, so going to the hairdressers is a nerve wracking experience sometimes, but I will definitely come back.

I had such a great experience! I came in feeling like my curly hair was impossible to make look nice, but James completely transformed it !!!! I left feeling so confident. He was incredibly kind and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The girl who washed my hair was also so gentle and made the whole experience really relaxing. Thank you both for making me feel so comfortable and happy with my hair!

So rude and unhelpful!
I recently got a balayage done and I wanted to get it toned. However, I can?t really tell if they offer a toner service from their website and can only see options to ?tint?. I don?t know if that?s the same thing because I was advised previously by T&G tints are mainly for grey hair which I do not have.
I called up the Shoreditch branch to ask about the difference and if they offer a toning service and Mindi or Mandy refused to answer any questions without a hair consultation. Said she won?t give any information unless I came down to the branch but was very rude about it. What is the point in having a phone line then? I did not ask questions specific to my hair whereby she needed to assess it but rather an explanation of their colouring service so that I can pick the correct one to book. She was rude and dismissive.
I?ve had many consultations, I know how they work. In fact, in my previous consultation, I was told I?d need to tone my hair every few months to maintain it. That doesn?t not mean you can outright be rude and refuse to answer a customer?s general questions.
Anyway, I called up the St Paul?s branch after and they were able to explain the difference between their colouring service instantly and informed me that they do not have a toner service. It was a simple as that.
Don?t know what her problem was or why she had an attitude. Glad I called up though, won?t be booking at the Shoreditch branch, seems like it would have been a very unpleasant experience if that?s how they deal with customers trying to book a service.
Need to perhaps learn how to have polite/professional conversations in future.

Booked in with Jarryd at Toni and Guy Shoreditch. Jarryd was absolutely wonderful. Receptionists were lovely, booked me an impromptu appointment with Jarryd and didn't have to wait for long at all. Also gave a fabulous wash and head massage. Jarryd has a lovely demeanor, attentively listened to what I wanted, looked at a few reference photos and gave me a beautiful cut. I had a few styling and hair care questions and Jarryd could answer all of them. Would fully recommend Jarryd to anyone coming to this salon, and overall really impressed with the service. I'd previously had an awful hairdressing experience at a different salon so Toni and Guy really restored my faith!

I recently visited Toni&Guy, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly. A lovely woman helped me throughout my visit, offering valuable advice on hair breakage and how to care for my hair. She even took the time to give me a soothing scalp massage, which felt absolutely amazing. I left the salon feeling like a princess, and my hair has never looked better! I highly recommend Toni&Guy for anyone looking for expert care and a pampering experience. Thank you for making my day so special!

Had an appointment today with Damon, I have super thick hair extensions and he took so much time and care pinning and making sure my bow dry was immaculate! I love how unrushed I felt and the result was even better then I expected as I do not have the easiest hair to blow dry you can tell he is highly experienced and great at his job :)

I had an amazing experience at Toni & Guy today! The haircut and service were excellent. Damon, who has over 25 years of experience with Toni & Guy salons, did a fantastic job. Not only did he deliver a perfect haircut, but he also shared so much about the salon?s brand and its story, which made the visit even more special.

Had a keratin treatment done on NYE, hair still smells like a dead rat 2 weeks later. £350 well spent? very upset.
Edit: I have sent an email to clientcare on 15/01 - no response, do not bother people.
