Once I arrived at my appointment they told me that my hair, which is just below the shoulder, should not have been booked for a normal blow dry and should've been booked for a 'long hair' blow-dry which is another £20. I had my haircut done by Gabriel and I was extremely pleased with the result and also with his very good manner and friendly approach.The only thing I didn't like is that I arrived early to my apt (10 minutes )and I had to sit on a very uncomfortable short chair by the entrance door of the Salon
