“Amazing gym and great classes, I went to a spin and bootcamp class and the guy running it was amazing, can't remember his name. But he played some amazing tracks and had everyone laughing throughout. It's great he had a great following clearly. The Monday spin class I tried to get on for months but the waiting list went on forever. He knew everyone's names and the songs kept me going. Definitely going again but I'm 20th on the waiting list.”

“The members of staff are pleasant. Everyone is friendly, including the gym members. There's a family atmosphere about the place, where everyone looks out for each other. The changing room is spotless. The only downside is that the lighting in the studio works by sensor, so I was unable to turn the lights down while I was practising my yoga workout. All in all, it's a lovely gym to visit.”
