“I came in to purchase Nike Pegasus 40 trainers for an upcoming marathon. I used a gift card, which there were some issues with, which required multiple visits. So why 5 stars? The service each and every time was incredible. Extremely helpful staff, and a manager that even went to the lengths of making a call to the gift card's HQ to sort out the problem. There were multiple staff members who went the extra mile for me in store, which is a testament to the leadership there and the overall team culture that's been cultivated. But I have to give a special shout out to Takiyah, who not only took care of my order in store in an apt, patient and friendly manner, but I also observed her (as she helped me, on a busy shop floor) say she would help the customer behind me with a stock enquiry on a shoe. She could have said "I'm busy" or "wait for my colleague" but her proactiveness in that moment warranted a review from myself! This young lady is an asset to your team, and I hope she is celebrated, amongst the other fantastic staff in store. Thank you :)”
