Today I was trying to find an specific dress, I walked all over the store and I didn’t find it, I got frustrated, so I asked for an asian employee and he helped me a lot, he told me to don’t worry that he will ask for a colleague to bring the dress from the stock room and delivery at the “collect your item” hanger.... read full comment

Inconsistent service. Some staff are exceptional and professional (the young men and 2 ladies in particular one being a manager). The rest are complete opposite: rude and with attitude.
