“Primark on Oxford Street near Marble Arch is a massive store with a huge variety of clothing, accessories, homeware, and beauty products at affordable prices. Spread across multiple floors, it offers everything from the latest fashion trends to everyday essentials. It can get quite busy, especially on weekends, but the selection and prices make it worth a visit. Great location with easy access to public transport.”

“Decent cotton clothes.The feel of the material is nice, especially qhen you spend a bit kore for the higher quality cottons.The shop on clean and well kept, very organised which helps.They often have different colours of the same item of clothing which helps anyone who struggles to find fits.Not the largest sizes, but fit snug if you buy once size up.Quality of the clothing is where points are lost.The more recent fabrics wear a lot faster than the older more robust fabrics.”

“Had a problem with a scarf I purchased last year in Italy and was able to get an appointment on their website to go and have it checked in this store. My item was repaired in two weeks for 55£ and they did a great job, I was pleasantly surprised with the after sales service (I had had some very bad experiences, not with Burberry but with other “luxury” brands, so I wasn’t expecting much). Makes me want to buy again from this brand!”

“I believe this is the flagship Burberry store so I had to visit. I wasn't planning on buying anything at first but with a little peer pressure from my boyfriend, I couldn't resist. Service is outstanding. The gentleman that helped me was incredible. He was actually fairly new to working at Burberry but helped me the entirety of my shopping experience. I was also more casually dressed so I truly respect him for not judging my outward appearance as some other designer stores can and will do that to you. The selection is incredible. They literally have everything but I had my heart set out on the classic trench coats. The other thing I didn't realize was that since 2021, they have removed taxes on their sales, saving me at least $300, probably more than if I were to purchase it in the USA. Well worth it!”

“Went to the branch on Oxford street / Marble Arch yesterday and WOW what a delight the staff were. Specifically Inaya and Aisha. They helped my friend and I find the right products, outfits and even a fun accessory for a bachelorette. The manager also let us store our shopping bags in the office, which was a thoughtful gesture that often isn’t considered in customer service these days. Overall a truly delightful experience. Highly recommend this branch over Westfield. 10/10 service and the ladies we so kind and friendly. Thank you again to Inaya and Aisha ! Although out of my way, I’ll definitely be going back to this store.”

There people can buy a few popular cosmetics from popular brands, skin care products, hair care products, baby products, etc! People can get good brands of parfumes at affordable prices than other stores! Sometimes they offer a very good price for parfumes and other products also!”
