Worst customer service ever, rude staff and trying to ignore the customers acting busy with other things, and never smiles like they’ve been forced to work !!!

On August 17th, my sister's wallet was stolen with all her documents, money, and bank cards. She can't travel and it's so disappointing! I've tried calling them but they don't answer. Is there any way I can get a number to ask if at least her passport has been returned? It's so disappointing!!!!!!!!
