The staff in the basement cafe today are quite unpleasant. My latte was not made hot, and it went cold quite quickly. So I just asked them if they could kindly make it again and they said they would charge me again! Couldn’t believe it. Some people should not work in hospitality, especially in a lovely bookshop like this.
