“Visited Timpson on Princes Street, London as my shoe sole that had previously been repaired (not by Timpson) had become detached from shoe. Saw Lee who advised that he could not guarantee that glueing the sole would last long term due to the 2 materials. Nevertheless he glued my shoe to allow me to get home without looking like a vagrant & didn’t charge me. Fantastic, friendly, informative service from Lee & the very reason I have used Timpson in the past & will be returning to have the whole sole replaced for a permanent solution.”
