“A perfect shopping experience from fresh produce to meats etc. The store is clean and well organized. The only complaint I have which is true with all of them is too many self checkouts. Why should one checkout person be responsible for so many cash registers unless THEY ARE PAYING THEM MORE!!!!”

“I'm writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I consistently receive at this Pret location. The staff are unfailingly professional and kind, and the store is always spotlessly clean. I particularly appreciate how well-stocked the fridges are with fresh food and pastries. The baristas provide fast and efficient service, and the supervisor remains remarkably attentive, even during late Sunday shifts. This truly stands out as one of the best Pret locations I've ever visited.
However, I also need to bring a concerning incident to your attention. Today, another customer and I witnessed both staff member on shift being verbally harassed by an aggressive individual who appeared to be in a distressed state. It was clear that this incident caused significant stress to your team.
I believe it's crucial for management to be aware of the challenges your staff face, particularly when dealing with difficult customers. They work incredibly hard, and their well-being is paramount. I respectfully urge you to ensure your team receives the support and protection they deserve, especially given the emotional toll such interactions can take.

Explaining what options I have.I picked the main, from the hot food section. At the checkout Foysol mentioned, I can have a sauce with the roll, if I want.Top notch service.Keep up the good work ?”

“Super hard to find in Google maps can’t find it. I took a couple pictures, but the front of it is under construction, but it’s in front of the Mayfair hotel, so google that instead. Friendly staff nice selection but high prices but it’s London.”

“Limited range of products but they have 'the essentials' for a local branch. Reasonably clean but so tiny and very limited space to move around especially during a pandemic. Lines are always long for the till. The self-service tills never seem to all work except a few. Most people tend to line up for a proper till where the staff will serve you but don't realise you can use if available a self-service one. Only use the latter for card payments. Cash you need to wait in the long line! Always only one member of staff, sometimes two on the till which is annoying. They do have really good offers and very cheap too. A packet of biscuits is a fraction of the price compared to the newsagent near by!”

“In the desert of Soho stands this glorious mecca of reasonably-priced groceries, Juul pods actually sighted in a newsagent at their RRP, a smorgasbord of electronics, and other helpful-looking thingamabobs, staffed by kindly, helpful, clubbable-yet-retiring gentlemen who even produce baskets seemingly from thin air at need. Their poor Google rating is a national disgrace. Pay them a visit and you’ll never look at another shop again (except, I hope, the also-wonderful Mayfair Post Office, if you’re in my neck of the woods).”

“Today a man was trying to steal and staff stopped him. The man went mad and started to attack the staff and isle by isle smashed the shop up. The customers including myself and young child was terrified as we were stuck in the store and was moving around the store to find safety. The staff were amazing! They done all they could to contain him and keep us safe and get us out safely ,even trying to calm my terrified child,even though they were still being attacked by this man. I can’t praise them enough for there actions today. Thank you all very much”

“On the whole a good store, however it’s meant to be 24 hours but they often close and lock the doors during the night. Sometimes staff will let you in, sometimes like tonight for me they wouldn’t. Not truely 24 hours.”
