“This small store has superb staff -- always friendly and helpful -- as well as very good stocking. Just today I had a truly excellent experience dealing with a return, mainly helped by Ola, a manager, and also by another manager, Samad. The problem was my own fault since I had bought some things yesterday for a function I thought was today but is not happening until end of this month. Nothing was opened and the return was approved. The receipt from yesterday came from the till faded but Ola was still able to deal with it and was very friendly as well efficient. The whole experience was exceptionally good thanks to Ola and Samad.”
