I very much enjoy coming here and do quite often. The facilities are of a great size. The sauna and steam room is always enjoyable post-workout. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and I can’t wait to try out the classes they do (Trax). The atmosphere is also ok. Highly recommended!

Situated at 55 Baker Street, this Fitness First is equidistant from Baker Street and Bond Street tube stations and is less than a 10 minutes’ walk from either. At Fitness First Baker Street, members have access to a huge range of facilities including a 20m swimming pool (which offers private swimming tuition), something that is hard to come by at many gyms in central London. Other facilities available include a cardio theatre, freestyle area, spinning studio, members’ lounge, sauna and beauty rooms. Personal training sessions are also available for those wanting extra help defining their workout routines and health targets.
