Spent about 30 minutes waiting to speak to the only person handling repairs out of about 10 staff, only to be told I'm out of warranty on my phone, but later found out an extended repair programme is in place for this handset and so I am eligible for a free repair. Staff did seem helpful but most of the peripherals seemed to be out of stock and there was very little range for what I'd expected to be a flagship store. Went to Argos around the corner instead

Went to buy headphones, didn’t understand the products and gave incorrect information, eventually decided what to buy using the internet, then they didn’t have any stock and sent me to the Apple Store who sorted me out.
