I came to this branch trying to get my phone repaired (which is under 2 year warranty). I had a terrible experience at a previous branch on Old Kent Road so my expectations were very low. I will always go direct and preferably from online, they won't cancel a contract that was given to me in misinformation, I wanted to cancel the contract the next day they made me run around between 3 store's for one week keep telling me system down or manager is not in, none of the staff wanted to help me with the contract... read full comment
