I visited Zizzi today with my family and honestly the service was appalling. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, even though two members of staff saw us waiting at the door. Worst Zizzi I’ve ever been in. Appalling service, our meals arrived 10 minutes apart, nobody came to check if everything was okay or if we wanted any more drinks and when we asked for the dessert menu, it never arrived so we just paid and left.
