Bouquet looked beautiful on the website, ordered the large at vast expense, what I received looked nothing like it...stiff, small bouquet - total waste of money, had to go and buy some from local florist stall (much cheaper).....over priced and over hyped

Rude and unhelpful service by the man that works there and overpriced flowers, small bouquet costing £40 (photo enclosed). Wouldn’t recommend far better florists in the area.

Asked for the prices of hydrangea; the female shop keeper replied in friendly tone. Within 15 sec the male shop keeper said "you are welcome" (something that people will say if customer is leaving the shop) in the most condescending tone when I was still thinking which color to get or should I check out the other flowers.... read full comment
