The dirtiest toilet in all the land. This is a result of years of neglect, how could anyone work here and not be appalled by this :-(

Thank you for your wonderful service yesterday during a tiring day. I like coming into London and need a quiet corner some times when it's busy so Waterstones by trafalgar square is like a hidden gem. I'm looking forward to this book, the prophet by Khalil Gilbran.
