The man who works in the shop is so kind and really generous with his time and seems like one of those people who genuinely wants to help people and provide solutions to problems. This shop is amazing, so helpful and always have what you need, used them for an expensive bag repair and they were the only place that could help! Will be using again and would recommend. Lovely guys too!Thank you.

Popped in this morning as had seen positive reviews and had a much loved jacket with a broken zip. Was thrilled that Jem fixed it and said no charge. Would recommend and will definitely return for any locksmith or shoe repairs I need in the future. Thank you Jem
