I arrived much earlier than expected, the staff was very friendly, very helpful and found a solution very quickly! The room was very nice and clean! The food in the hotel is very, very good! Probably the most rude staff I have ever experienced. Overpriced, very bad service, and completely fur coat and no knickers!
