Staff just stood outside smoking and on the phone whilst I'm waiting at the til. Ended up just leaving, go elsewhere and spend your money

You would think they care, the whole headquarters is next to it but it is one of the most useless shops around. Early mornings, they either have breakfast but the coffee machine is not working, or it the either way around, or they haven’t go anything. Useless, useless shop
