This web based service was far better than the agencies I'd tried. I stated my needs and the site gave me a choice of 3 best match carers. I used the sites web chat with my carer to arranged details then set up a direct debit to pay. Prime Carers were amazing! Very helpful with my last minute request and were able to find the perfect carer for the job. Website a bit glitchy from my mobile, but they sorted everything out for me over the phone. Outstanding customer service and aftercare. Thank you!
