I have been trying so hard for weeks to get an appointment with a doctor. The receptionist are so rude, one actually drop the phone on me. Very rude receptionist.

Shocking surgery. Do not register here. I tried to make an apt after being a patient for 10years and they said I was no longer registered with them. Shocking. Another time I turned up with my 6yo for her emergency apt (made same day)and they told me me it had been cancelled.

This clinic is really underrated. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable especially Practice Manager - Sharif Rahman.He has been really helpful with great passion on assisting as much as he can.It is not easy to get GP appointment especially after covid.
