Appalling service. Whilst we were tenants they were extremely unresponsive even for important issues such as renewing our tenancy leading to our end date passing without a new tenancy agreement in place. Truly awful. Was told things on the phone that they later denied in writing, which led to us living at the property without a tenancy agreement for over 6 weeks.
