The wait times on the calls to the bank are extremely long and there are n number of hoops to go through to set up an internet account. I wasted 6 months trying to get an online account set up - they kept requesting me to go into the Branch. Finally, I just called and had to wait 45 minutes to have my simple query resolved....

Really helpful staff. I had accidentally opened up a new second current account instead of downgrading my existing account. The lady who served me gave me a number to ring up but the person on the phone was not helpful so the lady resolved the issue there and then. Thank you very much indeed!
