Don?t work for this company, they are discriminating their staff and managers will through foreigner staff under the bus when they are in trouble to cover themselves. I?ve resigned from the company but they haven?t paid my untaken annual leave worth of £800.

One of the worst experiences of my life: I endured discrimination and two aggressive behaviours one by another in 16 days in a row in November 2021. I made reports, but the management was negligent and unresponsive: they refused to check CCTV despite the fact that they would like to show them off !! I raised a grievance, but all the investigators - even them - treated me unfairly, and this was due to my religion, ethnic origin, and skin colour. THIS IS ALL DOCUMENTED and PROVABLE.MITIE MANAGEMENT IS THE LAZIEST EVER GOOD IN NOTHING.In Mitie, if you have white skin and you are Christian, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME.Mitie is plenty of fundamentalist religious.Avoid that company.

Do not work for this company. Despite your hard work and commitment to them for years. Despite the low pay. The company has a bad management and HR do not investigate any grievance you put forward to them. Poor working environment. Will make your health suffer. No well being for staff. Bad management. Promotions get offered to the managenent friends only not to the hard workers. Descrimination if you are Muslim and female. Do not offer time to do your prayers even in your break time etc... no training you will learn yourself. Eager to dismiss their staff from employment if they had grievance with their management. Cut your hourly pay without you being informed as part of punishment if you think to speak up. My advice do not join this company or work for them.

Just some advice be very careful of MITIE they will destroy your mental health and wellbeing I use to work for them for over 10 years and was treated very bad after I left a year later I?m stil suffering. Think twice plenty other companies out there?..?

Attention Mitie.Very bad experience working with Ak9 security and fm solutions on Mitie echo project. No pay, no response from HR and other coordinators by email. HR phone is switched off. No wonder if someone complaint to Mitie about that.Kindly dont deal with vendors who are unresponsive, unreliable and holding pay for employees.
