Don’t work for this company, they are discriminating their staff and managers will through foreigner staff under the bus when they are in trouble to cover themselves. I’ve resigned from the company but they haven’t paid my untaken annual leave worth of £800.

Do not work for this company. Despite your hard work and commitment to them for years. Despite the low pay. The company has a bad management and HR do not investigate any grievance you put forward to them. Poor working environment. Will make your health suffer. No well being for staff. Bad management.
