Almost an hour wait, not because there was a queue, reason one staff only to serve and that one member was opening a bank account which took close to an hour. Rest two members were chatting and on phones. Well-appointed and managed Bank. Next steps are to move the bank locker to another location as this is unacceptable.

I needed help to reset my online banking details, as I needed to activate the Metro app on a new phone. I was lucky that nobody was waiting, but Shazna got me the help I needed within 1 minute. Good, uncomplicated, fast and friendly service.
