Member of staff assigned to us, randomly went to chat to another staff. I tried explaining my sons sensory and understanding impairment on indefinite waiting to be seen and we were ignored. We waited 20 minutes before leaving.

I came from Glasgow to apply for credit card with this branch they where very helpful and welcoming
