Great service from the staff. Took our requirements and designed a great utility room. When we had a couple of issues with some items they solved them immediately, even bringing one thing to us .

Initially a good experience with a capable designer. However: 1) work started three days late with no prior warning, 2) it overran by a week, running up expense for us, for which Magnet has refused to apologise let alone compensate us, 3) items we ordered (e.g. a splashback) simply failed to materialise, and 4) the quote...
