Was sent here by Debtaprime wheist I underwent surgery for teeth implants.All I'll say Is they couldn't keep the promise of a basic human right, heating!?!My room thermostat wouldn't not move from 19 degrees and nobody seems to know how to fix it. Spent 2 night post surgery huddled underneath and inadequate blanket .

Stayed here last night (18/03/24) after watching ABBA Voyage. Great Show FYI.The hotel is clean and tidy and in a great location for Westfield Shopping Centre and ABBA Voyage.Having recently stayed in a Travel Lodge of which there is one next to The Holiday Inn, I would say the Holiday Inn is far superior.Our room was well... read full comment

Lovely hotel with superb staff.I had breakfast with them and recommended the delicious buttery croissants from self service breakfast bar.Limited menu choice but perfectly suited if you are not a fussy eater.Bar is open until very late.Walking distance from station
