Why the hell would you have an empty showroom with appointment only?! I rushed there from work, because it closes quite early just to hit a closed door. Thanks, there are other chair brands in the world.

I had an excellent experience at Haworth this afternoon with Jackie. Note, you should phone the showroom to book an appointment rather than email. I was able to try all of the models and Jackie made recommendations based on my height and back condition. After sitting in each for a while, I was referred to where I can order...

In light of the Coronavirus our teams are largely working remotely and visits to the showroom, when Government rules allow, will be by appointment only.
We are taking every precaution to protect our Customers and Members with physical distancing and sanitation protocols in place, all Visitors will need to complete a questionnaire and have a temperature check before entering the showroom.
