“This guys are AMAZING!! I spilled an entire tray of baklava down the leg of my silk trousers and I was so close to just throwing them in the bin they were so destroyed! I brought them to the Steam Room not holding out much hope. They came out perfect!! “The one major advantage of this dry cleaners is that they have their own new dry cleaning machine. Majority of dry-cleaners don't have their own machines and end up outsourcing and sending garments out.I had a great experience with this dry cleaners. I had a designer one-of-a kind dress which needed dry-cleaning. The owner of this dry cleaners took responsibility for the clean, putting it in its own cycle and treating it with extreme care and called me to tell me it was ready. I am always hesitant with dry cleaners but the dress was in perfect condition and so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.My only negative is that the pricing isn't clear. I saw other silk gowns hanging on the rails with tickets for £18.99 but I was charged £24.99 which I couldn't understand why. I did ask for clarity and was told it's because it was a delicate (despite the other dresses also being delicate). I would say pricing needs to be more transparent, but otherwise all was excellent and I will continue to use this dry cleaners and recommend to others.”

“Superb stay at this boutique hotel. Have stayed a few times and the staff are always so friendly and attentive to your every need. The club rooms are so comfortable with comfortable bed up a winding staircase and separate work area downstairs. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice of the freshest ingredients. “On Saturday I bought a protective cover for a jacket, but when I opened the packet, the zip (a cheap plastic one) was broken. so the cover was useless. I took it back yesterday (Monday) and the salesperson said only the manager could issue a refund - and that the manager would be in today (Tuesday). I rang this morning before driving there to check she would be in - and was told by another salesperson that the manager is off for the foreseeable future. So still no refund for a jacket cover that doesn't work!!! I am really annoyed that this company has no contingency plan, in the event of a manager's absence, to issue refunds - as every other company seems able to do - for goods that were not of sufficient merchantable quality (as the law states). Over to you at Customer Services to sort this one out.Postscript: Thanks to an extremely helpful lady called Irfan from Customer Services, the above issue has been sorted out within a few days very satisfactorily and I am a happy bunny again. I can't personally vouch for the quality of their dry cleaning, but my partner says they have been very good in that department with his clothes.Service: Alterations”
